Vista Residences, Inc. was established in 2009. It focuses on the development and sales of residential/commercial condominium units priced between Php1.9 million and Php16.0 million. After its entry to the vertical homes segment only five years ago, Vista Land introduced Vista Residences, Inc. to signify its commitment to become a major player in the sector.
